Re: B28 LTE support

I will request that we announce bands instead of frequencies in the future. It's all very well requesting that bands instead of frequencies are announced in the future but you already have my money! And there's no chance of getting it back unless you are going to issue a refund for misleading adver...

Re: B28 LTE support

Before I ordered my BV8000pro I carefully researched that the frequencies listed in the advertising covered the frequencies that matched my country - ie 700mhz. From my initial screenshots of the specs there was not mention of bands, just frequencies. I had trouble of course with LTE not working. I ...

Re: Earpiece Volume - very low

I managed to finally sort out what was happening. The small bezel that covers the earpiece has a small cloth type covering glued to the back of it. By using a small flat blade screwdriver I was bale to remove the bezel and carefully remove a small amount of the cloth which had become completely bloc...

[SOLVED] Earpiece Volume - very low

MY BV8000Pro has just developed a problem. The earpiece volume all of a sudden became very quiet during calls. The volume is set to maximum but is still very faint. I have tried a power down and power on and even a factory reset /wipe data but is still very quiet. Calls on speakerphone and bluetooth...

Re: No LTE connection

Update... It appears it's a software issue with the BV8000. I was 100m from a cell tower and the phone showed 4G and showed full signal strength... until I picked up the phone and tried to use it. It immediately switched to 3G UMTS ... stayed on UMTS and would not switch back to LTE Hello Blackview ...

It looks a bit like you have Blue Light Defender turned on under Settings/Display/Miravision

Re: No LTE connection

Thank you for your reply.
System says it is up to date.
Current version is BV8000Pro-Blackview-V0.1_20170718_20170718-1901

Checked it again today but still has the same issue.

Re: No LTE connection

Just an update. Two phones laid side by side on a table Galaxy S5 connects to LTE easily. BV8000 Pro only connects to UMTS.
The Blackview will only connect to LTE if it's almost sitting under a cell tower. So it's a problem with reception in the phone, not the frequencies.
