When i use bluetooth to phone, from my car stereo there is no problem

Hello i have a bv 6000 for 10 months, i am under android 7.
When I phone, sometimes the commuication stopped or the phone reboot, but it does not happen when I'm on the bluetooth

Everything else works well

do you have an idea ?
