I have downloaded the update but am unable to install it as I don't appear to have the correct app to read the files even after unzipping the download file.

Hi, I have Blackview BV5000 and unable to recieve calls when connected to the 4g network.

I have read a couple of other posts on this site and other people are having the same problem.
