BV6000, two days ago updated to 01-20160704 version
the system sees sim cards (type operators name) but the indicators show that there is no signal.
Rebooting, master reset did not help.

the phone does not see a network of mobile operators , or sees , but can not connect to it.
maybe the reason that there is an update , I put everything in one day .
Local update has not led to the result.
