By the term firmware do you you mean BUILD NUMBER ? If so, build number is BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170523.

After installation, some bank related apps wont work on this phone and throws a message "COULDN'T RUN ON ROOTED DEVICE'

it is not getting charged at fast pace.It takes around 3 hours for full charge..

I received my BV 7000 PRO phone one week ago. While using, it is getting heated excessively. its metallic portion around camera on the backside is more hot. Please work on this issue and get back to me with a solution at the earliest.
