It would be very nice if you update when you get your screen.
I managed to open the phone with only my hands but I could not get the screen of without a heat gun.
Do you know if I can use a hair blower instead of heat gun?

Can someone please make a short instruction how to change the display on the P2 and P2 lite (guess it's the same way). I have searched everywhere but can't find any. My phone was delivered with a broken display and I can't use it until it's changed.

Is possible, but it shows just the phone. the displays ribbon cable might have become dislodged, you could try to repair it yourself but there is no disassembly guides out there at the moment.
