I have the same problem. I bought this smartphone, and after two days, it started to fail (screen lines). Have you been able to fix the problem? Thanks and sorry for my English.

I have the same problem with my BV7000Pro. I bougth the phone and two days later it started to fail, screen lines. Have you been able to fix it? Sorry for my English.
