I have trying update my bv5000 last night, after it done.. My Phone dont have imei number, without it i cant using network . litter help would you?

Back then i already send back my Phone to saller, but when i get back, camera still not working, saller say he has fix it. But i dont see bv sticker on skru been remove. I suck ,just like they not fix it at all.
