Hi! I have a BV6000 since July 2016. Two weeks ago the loudspeaker began to wheeze. This is very troubling. Could you help me please? If you sent mail to service@blackview.hk before January 2017, you can get the replacement of speaker. Dear BV! Is that all you have to offer? You know about problems...
