Thanks to niagua, we know (at least) four phones with same problem, two on Trinidad and two on Mexico. Then, sure there are more phones with same problem. May be we wil receive an up-grade to fix it, or a spacial offer to change our phone by a new one (like blackview BV8000Pro) that will work here. ...

I do not get the solution yet. I believe, it never will come. The worst thing is: I was waiting more than one month, for a smart answer, and it never come. If this phone worked properly, they would have a good market in this part of the world, I buyed it, because I had not found this kind of probems...

I do not agree what you said, by two different reasons: 1.- The second phone was working normally with DIGICEL Trinidad, until the phone make a software up-date.
