I meant the seals which could also be called plugs (i.e. they plug the socket like a plug in a bath). Not sure who would be stupid enough to take it under water with the charger and earphones connected.
Plus how have I voided the warranty when in that reply I hadn't even opened the phone and had used the seals correctly whilst in water. I think you should read properly before jumping to conclusions.
I bought a blackview bv6000 last august whilst in the UK. I have used it for a while with no problems until whilst travelling in Asia I used it underwater with the plugs in and later that day the problem occured. The phone restarted and would not boot past the blackview logo, it just goes black each...
