When i connect the phone to the PC it is not recognized.

The screen just goes to the Blackview logo and then goes black, and continues in this cycle.

Are you going to replace my phone?

The phone reboots to that screen then turns off, that is all it does. If i leave it plugged in it just loops like that for ever. If i unplug it eventually runs out of battery and turns off. I bought a BV6000 on Amazon.ca in December.
The phone has developed an issue and won't boot.
The boot screen shows the Blackview logo but then never boots, then the screen goes black then shows the logo and so on.
Is the phone covered under warranty?
