Re: Noise when using wired Headphones

Quick reply:
I haven't used the included earplugs, but my QKZ in-ear monitors does not pick up any noise. Could it be inefficient shielding of the cable?

Re: Locked out of phone suddenly - it asks for "Privacy Protection Password"

Update after trying to get help from Blackview: After many messages back- and forth via PM, I was told to try to flash the latest ROM with SP-Flash, but it failed spectacularly with "DRAM Checksum Error" and the phone is now totally dead. No response from usb-port whatsoever. My oscillosco...

Re: VOLTE

The VoLTE is dependent on your providers network and SIM-card supporting it. It works for me. (Telenor in Norway)

Re: Locked out of phone suddenly - it asks for "Privacy Protection Password"

Ok, Tried hard reset using buttons on device, wipe data and other partitions.  Still asks for Privacy Protection password. Did a reset with NCK Pro Box at a phone shop-> Same result.  The tech guy was baffled that his reset procedure didn't work.  He said it was the first time he ever saw that phone...

Locked out of phone suddenly - it asks for "Privacy Protection Password"

Hi, I have a Blackview BV9000 Pro F-HD that suddenly asked me for "Privacy Protection Password". I traveled 2 hours by plane, and around 10 minutes after turning the phone on after collecting luggage, and checking my WhatsApp, the screen went black, and it asked for the code. I have never ...

Phone died suddenly - not charging - battery connector broken off

Hi guys. My trusty old BV6000 suddenly died, and it would not take charge.  Only 5V 120mAh for 6 seconds, then nothing. I opened the phone, and the connector on the battery cable was stuck on the motherboard. I gently lifted the connector away from the motherboard, but there seemed to be glue or sim...

Re: [TRACKED] very very slow charging

Hi, After leaving my BV9500 (Non Pro) on the charger for 4 (yes, FOUR!) days it finally came back to life.  Tried pressing the power button several times a day for the last days, but the red light flicked off for a very short while before coming back on. When the phone powered on the state of charg...

Re: [TRACKED] Active Noise Cancellation faulty / microphone problem?

I'm also affected by the horrible quality when trying to use the phone without headset connected. In my case it's so bad that no-one can hear me, speaker mode or not. With wired or bluetooth headset the audio is fine. I hope a update comes fast, as this is a crucial thing for a Mobile Phone. My phon...

Re: [TRACKED] very very slow charging

Hi guys, I have the BV9500 (Not Pro, but there's no forum for that one).  Order id:  #20180716080047-5b4cf96fc1533 I'm also struggling with charging. The first weeks when the phone was new the battery lasted 3-5 days between charges, and charging the phone using the Wireless charger took 6-8 hours. ...

Re: Apps started crashing - did factory reset - no boot

Third flash (full 100% battery charge this time) did the trick. Back on Android Nougat 7.0 2016.12.16 and both IMEI are now proper and phone is working again. Not sure how this happened. Have now rooted the phone and installed TWRP so I hopefully can avoid this issue in the future. As another user p...
