BV 6000s - No sound on speaker and "SIM CARD REMOVED"

HI ADM, After one week use of this nice cel phone, my nightmare started. External speaker just stopped working. At same day the message "SIM CARD REMOVED" showed up, no matter which slot I use. Basically my phone is now a mini-mini tablet, the current installed version is BV6000S_BLACKVIEW...

I have the same problem, plus external speaker not working too.

How do I fix these problems?
