after months and hundreds of other complaints (also for P2 lite) you still don´t have any solution for the problem???
such a huge community giving you feedback and hints and you just ignore it?
It was the first and last Blackview for me!

first try: it seems a little louder now but still muffled.
Can you please describe the other options (sidetone gain, DL gain Index[n]) for optimisation

I´m having the same problem with mine from the beginning (Jan 2017)

I´m having the same problem from the beginning (Jan. 07)! The onlineshop (from aliexpress) is not willing to help and want´s to see "a video of the problem". Since (in my case) the mic works with whatsapp-calls and sound-recorder i would guess it´s a software issue?! It´s currently on 2016...
