Factory reset will not probably solve your problem and admin knows it. Most of us have the same problem...... We are waiting for a new update...

Is any update coming? I am rely on my bv 6000 which is at the moment better Optimized than the newer one Bv 8000. It would be nice to take my Bv8000 out from my drawer. I fell so sad and I regret my purchase. Thanks blackview for wasting my money and time. I know this message won't be published........
