If the seller must provide a guaranty you could get back your money from PayPal/ or your credit card operator. I guess BV can not provide spare-part-mainboards to customers in the moment. Blackview was the worst smartphone I have ever had. A huge variety of software and hardware problems with no support by manufacture.
