I would like the BV7000 Pro if it would hold a charge... When I plug it in nothing happens......

Ive tried to send videos through email... it wont let me, I sent something to this forum and it hasn't been posted... the phone still wont charge and i need to get a new one... can someone actually contact me so I can figure this out......

Ive been trying to get ahold of blackview and tiny deals where i got the phone... it wont charge, ive tried everything they told me to do and it still wont charge when you plug it in.... super frustrating and its hard to get ahold of a real person to talk about the issue... I wanna ship it back and ...

In this photo, is the wall charger that came with the phone.. and the adapter to make it into 110 does work I have tested it with a different device, Do you think there is anything I can do, Or is it a hardware issue and im going to have to send it back for warranty....

I have tried different charging blocks and cables... all with no success, also I tested to make sure that the cables and Chargers I was using was the right Amps and Volts, And that they worked with other phones, this is really frust...
