It's almost like this forum has been abandoned!

I'm struggling to connect my BV9100 to my laptop.  I'm running Windows 10. I can see that the computer recognizes the phone at the bottom right hand side of the screen.  It shows BV9100, so it's connecting.   But the device manger shows a ? next to the MTP device which shows up under 'Other Devices'...

So just to confirm, you want to 'Remove the root' ?
If you rooted the phone using SuperSU then click into the SuperSU icon and remove it's root access.

Just disable them in your App draw.
If you can root your phone, install root-app deleter to remove them.

I had a similar problem when my cable was faulty.   That was when I was using the original charger and cable. It intermittently speeds up and slows down the charging. It hadn't gone through, but I just let this install automatically and now I'm stuck in TWRP and can't get out of it. It just keeps loading to the twrp screen.
