What about the loudspeaker issue on the BV6000, how do I get that problem fixed? Also the issue with the R7, how do I get the microphone issue fixed?

I purchased A Blackview BV6000 phone online in Aug 2016. By Dec 2016 the loudspeaker was barely audible.
