How do I restore the original ROM v01. 20161011 on the phone?

The suspect apps are part of the standard build of the BV6000 and NOT anything I have installed. A factory reset does not remove these apps.
How do I remove them?

My BV6000 phone periodically installs suspect software without consent or authorization. .e.g Space Cleaner. This additional software causes lots of issues including generating unsolicted banner ads etc... How do I stop this happening? Additional Technical Information: Phone is running ANDRIOD 6.0, ...
