I have told you many times ,, where and when I bought the phone !!!!! this has been going on since November ,, you sent me a new speaker,, that did not fix the phone ,, I bought the phone from ebay last may ,

if the seller is no longer there ,, then it is down to the manufacture for warranty claims ,, it is there warranty !!!!!!!!! not the sellers!!

Blackview , just not want to replaced any phone under warranty ,, I told them so many time that the seller is not there any more ,,!!!!!!! blackview as a company should replaced phone that are faulty ,, 1 years warranty is 1 year ???

MY phone still does not work !!!!!!!!! new speaker did not work ,,I took it to a phone shop and they say that the motherboard has a fault ??
so the phone will not work ,, help please? or is your 1 year warranty useless ???

i have given them all the details I have ,, this has been going on since January !!!! ,, they are the manufactures so the have a duty of care to their costumers!!!!!
