I sliced off the sides from the earphone a little bit...now its flattened form opposite side and slides in perfectly...

I believe it might be a carrier issue...4 G works fine with another sim

but the usb connection is a pain

I have been getting many issues after upgrade to andro 7 1. Unable to connect to PC ..switching on developer mode does not help..cant switch to 'Transfer files' in the use 'USE USB to' in drag down list most times..when it does it does get detected but does not open in the PC as a secondary drive......

Its there on ali express.com under accessories for bv6000

tried a factory reset??
