After update i lost my modem - "no sim" both for both slots, a lot of users in russia report about it. Need hotfix ASAP.

No SIM after android 7.0 update

Hello! A lot of Russian users (including me) reports that after Android 7.0 was installed from update center there is no more sim card.
Do you know about this problem and what is solution?
