This is how you open the phone. I would start at the top right corner and use a plektrum. The Case is not glued, so you should be able to open it without hassle.
Ignoring questions from its customers is an unacceptable behaviour. I already bought another smartphone and will stay away from this brand in the future.

i was able to install the firmware 17_03_2017 following your explanation, thanks a lot! First i got stuck: When pressing download the red bar appeared but it didnt change to yellow and canceled with an error-meesage. Then i changed the USB-Port and tried it again, then it worked.
On 4th January 2017 blackview posted on its facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/www.blackview.hk/) that P2 will get Android 7 Update: "Android 6.0 (Will be updated through Fota to Adroid 7.0)"
