I read only month ago...... Blackview shame on you!!! After no answer on mail and your Homepage, i will do unsupport all Products of Blackview.After BV6000 (Screen and USB connector) i get the BV8000 PRO (Screen and USB- Connector and Mic)then "Two" BV9000 PRO, Both Screen defects after us...

If you want transfer files to mobile or back to the computer, use "my Phone explorer".There you can easily connect trough wifi or cable or Bluetooth(if computer have).works with all of android mobiles.Install app in phone, install program on computer, and you have all working.And it´s free...

Doesn´t work with my:

Firmware: FHD-V0.6-2180104

no connection with or without Developer mode.There is some thing wrong with the MTP device files.

It says inside the ini some parameter are wrong.

Windows 8.1

USB 3.0

i understand now why there are two different BV9000. the one with -F is FHD the other without.So the file can´t work on my, because its not -F.

Problem solved.
we can delete this so we save space and looks better.lol.

There are several post about it....Admin delete all only the one where it was with solution.Thanks.

After you come to the Homescreen make the update that popped up in the phone settings.It´s around 335 MB.After reboot, make a Factory Reset and then it works with the installation from the beginning.

I had the same problem, i disconnected the Wifi Router and then i start the mobile and skip all until the name i have to write in.Then the mobile starts and i came to the homescreen.So some Models have a non working setup wizard.After you are at the Homescreen, try to syncronice from the old mobile ...

please try to do as follows: disable all the wi-fi connections in the radius of the phone (because from the phone the wi-fi can not be disconnected), skip the procedure for the SIM, at this point it will ask you if you want to continue without connections and yes, do not enter the name and surname ...
