Same issue on the second slot. As you recommand, I have tested my SIM with another smartphone with success. Internet is available with a Samsung A5.

What can we do more ?

issue with data mobile

Hello could you help on this issue. My BV6000 indicates a connexion in 3G or 4G with my operator but internet doesn't work. I have only one SIM card in slot 1 configured for cellular data. The "allow cellular data" option is on ! I have already did a factory data reset but Nothing change. ...

issue with network connection

Hello,

Even if my BV6000 indicates 3G or 4G PSTN connection, when I tried to launche some applications like Google maps or waze, I receives this error message "no connection - Looks like there is a problem with your network connection".

Could you help ?
