I tried with other OTG cable but it can't work. The original OTG cable work with my other android phones.

OTG feature can't work

Hi,
I'cant read any USB devices. I'm using the original OTG cable and with this cable I can read USB pens with other android devices. According to USB OTG Checker App, the phone support OTG.
