Hi, I did the factory reset but I have exactly the same problem no selfie camera , is it possible the part could but damaged?

I don't trust google for my application, last time I did it , I lost lots of programs .

I need my selfie camera , so because i can't get it back by the means mentionned above, I'll test the factory reset but before i must use titanium backup, but my phone must be root,  how to do it? have you a simple method?
