Does the BL6000 pro have Duraspeed, it is in the settings.
Older models have it, this same issue was driving me nuts on the BV9000 & BV9600 with stopping widgets and closing apps.
I found this setting and turned it on for either all apps or selected apps fixed the problem.

Did a factory reset work as I am getting the exact same issue.

Problem with wifi,
If hotspot is turned on, used, then turned off again the wifi connection is broken, can only be fixed by restarting the phone.
Anyone else come across this?

Hello, The 20170217, upgraded 6.0 to 7.0 successfully. Factory reset. 7.0 is stable, except that when a call is received, the sound is low at the earpiece, maximum volume. Ringtone volume automatically set to vibrate on startup. adjust to say 67% but doesn't hold that, if phone rings it jumps up to max, then back down to 67% setting once ringing stops.
