Any update to this? I have my bv7000 pro unused since I made this post. My aliexpress seller wouldn't refund the phone. Can I sawp it for a bv8000 pro if it is supported in Canada? I'm still using my bv6000.
I have the same frequencies in Canada and CAN NOT CONNECT. Please be advised this phone does not appear to be operating on the advertised frequencies and returning the phone through the seller has not been working so far.
Did I misunderstand the frequencies? I checked before ordering and as I mentioned, my BV6000 is working fine. Is it possible an update will fix network compatibility? Or should I contact seller (Desoon) for refund?
