Vibration motor stopped working

All of a sudden today, my BV6000 stopped vibrating on tap while typing, and also doesn't vibrate when ringing anymore. I rebooted the phone several times already, and rechecked the vibration settings. I also downloaded an app that manually activates the vibration motor, but nothing happens still no ...
