The only OTA update my phone found and install was 20161011, years ago

I do not want to download and flash manually updates.

Can anyone from support team solve this block and let me install latest updates?

A simple question:
Is there a way to preselect which SIM to use in the number registration? Or to force the use of a specific SIM even if we setted the other as a default?

While replacing a SIM module, I twisted a screw too hard and broke it.

Half screw is in, so I cannot simply replace it.
Is there any place in Italy where I can bring the phone to be serviced?

And perhaps also have the Android 7 update applied by skilled people?
