You were right. The provider did not have my 4G activated. Unfortunately, only the second person I spoke with did find the problem.

I have the same problem in Portugal. Please admin, check this:
(I am on V01_20161011 firmware)

BV6000
2G: GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G: WCDMA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
4G: LTE 800 / 900 / 1800 / 2100 / 2600

Vodafone Portugal:
GSM: 900 / 1800
UMTS: 900 / 2100
LTE: 800 /1800 / 2600

Please also address the 4G connection problem in some countries that have frequencies that are compatible with the BV6000, but cannot connect with 4G.

Anyone having problems with the 4G connection like me?
