orig rom: BV5000_C1_IGET_V0.2_20151027

I am missing encryption option which should be present on Android 5.1
Could you please confirm and explain why.

Build number: BV5000_C1_IGET_V0.2_20151027

Android 5.1 should include encryption option after enabling password.
This option is completely missing? Could you pls confirm it and explain why.
