My Sim card slot 1 stopped working. It's not being recognised at all. Did factory reset etc. Tested Sim card in another phone and it's fine. Tried someone else's Sim in my phone and still not working, help.

Seems to be a feature of Blackview phones right back to the bv6000. They send out an ota and it stuffs your phone up then they expect you to flash it or what ever they want to call it. Well if you want to help then send out a fix instead of putting the onus on me to repair after all it was your updates that did this. What do you mean send out bad mood, do you mean you don't want anyone to know what I think of your service?

Oh and what do I do for a phone while i'm waiting for you to exchange the crap I have already considering it took you several months just to send an new speaker.
