I am thinking if it's not because of the Android 9 Eco-mode? I discovered on my mobile, since Android 9 a lot of programs and services are in sleeping mode to prevent the battery draining... This is caused by a problem within the APK itself. The system is not enabling the app to create "cf.zip"  Setting "setenforce 0" enables the app to get a small bit further in loading and still crashes.  Attached are the current logs. I have the same phone on the same system vers...
