How I can diagnose the cause of the problem? It seems it's because of some contact which is synced with external source. In airplance mode phone doesn't crush.

Although I turned off every external source with no luck.

Yes, I've just granted all permission for it (before it had default set).
It's system and builting app - it even isn't present in list of background task cleaner.

Are you going to fix problem with loosing WIFI connection after short time? It's critical problem.

I'm worried about decreased lifetime. Are you sure it is decreased? After upgrade and factory reset? I don't think multiwindow feature will be critical, but battery life is a key. Calibration doesn't help. The problem with the sensor OR screen is turned on with some new notification when you are talking. And then ear touches Airplane mode, or Pause or other funny buttons.
