I rebooted my phone before starting on the re-install of the new zip.

Touch wood, so far so good on my restored BV6000 phone. Everything is working.

Maybe this might help some of you. Make sure the revised zip file provided by the Admin is fully downloaded.
It's a full 906,581,217 bytes.

Please check your ROM before publishing, it'll save many people a lot of inconvenience and save your company a lot of bad publicity and reputation.

I inserted the Sim Cards on slots 1 and 2 following a youtube demonstration for the BV6000. It took a long time to recognise slot 2, slot 1 didn't work. The phone sim card management showed slot 1 greyed out. Cannot change settings because the phone is not reading the sim information. Now slots 1 an...

Had problem with Sim card slot 1 before update.
Thought new firmware would solve problem, now both slots don't read my sim card.
Frustrating.
Please provide patch, otherwise my BV6000 will become a hammer as in youtube promo.
