I just updated from my trusty bv6000 to a new bv9500 plus. All seemed  to work fine but after a couple of hours it freezed while opening  with fingerprint and i restarted it. Then while opening the updated chrome to see a youtube video it freezed again so i restarted again and phone entered safe mod...

Yeah, i tried reinstalling those apps, still they only connect when i kill the app and open them again, and just for a little time.

Yeah, exactly the same problem, oh man i though the phone was already working fine. I have tried everything and seems to be a problem with this solution.

I'm not an expert, how can i flash it? i tried the factory reset a couple of times but same problem yet.

Are you fixing this by any kind of patch soon? i don't feel comfortable messing with roms and stuff.

I was enjoying my new phone until an hour ago when i did the actualization, Now my phone ask for the pin code but after that it says that there is no sim card , or it randomly gets connected or disconnected never allowing 4g.

It will be nice to have some help or some way to go back to the original.
