As I said you can use it in Manual mode and it works well.
I am able to do very nice pictures.

That's why it's better to be careful and to avoid this kind of problems. 

I found one page from Blackview on Aliexpress who sells spare parts, I found a USB-C motherboard and i repaired it, it works perfectly now! 

I purchased the bv6000 pre order from AliExpress way back then and I also still have mine and it is still working very well. I had some issues along the way but for the most part it was worth it and I'm still loving the device, and I got a few different devices since then including the Samsung Gala...
