Also problems with Blackview BV9000Pro-F

Can charge the phone via USB connected to THREE different laptops but cannot transfer photos/videos from laptops TO the phone.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Blackview seems to have NO answer..I also have the same problem and they never got back to me.

I also have the same problem.....suddenly today, I am not able to connect my Blackview BV6000 to my 2 laptops.

I have received the phone and have not used the phone in the rain or dropped it. Everything is OK except the microphone DOES NOT work when I record movies or when I switch off the sound recorder. There in no PROPER instruction manual included in the very impressive box with the phone.
