Sudden random freeze

Hi, at least once a day the phone freezes for some seconds, independently of what it's doing, and can't do anything aside waiting, not even tap or shutdown physically. It happens during web browsing, during game, or video playback. In particular, during a video playback, image is still, but sound go...

Gummy plug interfering with speaker quality

Hi, it seems strange, but I noticed that closing completely the USB stopper located at the bottom of the phone reduce dramatically the audio quality of the upper speaker, making a voice conversation metallic and poor overall. If I open it even slightly, quality is back to optimal level. This isssue ...

Bad sensitivity with wifi 5ghz

Hi, after some use, I can say that wireless sensitivity for BV9000pro with 5ghz wifi is awful. Before this, I used a BV6000. I put a wifi AP beaming a 5ghz signal just behind a wood/glass door, distance about 5 meters. With BV6000, signal is always 100% strong, as expected. With BV9000pro, rarely is...

Re: Wifi issue with 5 ghz & BT issue

I add also another problem: sometimes bluetooth remain active even if it's apparently turned off, I can notice that because battery is drained at a fast rate, and bluetooth is at top list of object consuming energy (also 50% of energy consumed!). The only way to stop this seems again a plane mode sw...

Re: Wifi issue with 5 ghz & BT issue

I'm using 20170708 since from "release notes" there were no useful changes to justify an update, and in this release it's stated that connectivity problems should be fixed. Actually, they were fixed, but it lasted only for some time, and then the phone began to show this strange behaviour....

Wireless and Bluetooth issue

Hi, I have a BV6000 updated to 20170708. With previous software, many complained for wifi and bluetooth instability, fixed with 20170708. I ran the update, and actually wifi and bt went smoother and more stable. But this lasted only a couple of months, as right now they became unstable again. Both o...

Wifi issue with 5 ghz & BT issue

Hi, after extensive tests, I noticed the following issues with WiFi and Bluetooth: - when a 5 ghz wifi is present, I can see TWO identical SSID, one with WPA (real) and one with WEP (non-existant). Screenshot_20171109-133615.png Every now and then I loose connectivity, and can resume it only after s...

Re: Release notes 20170708

Why for some versions is not specified to update via local storage, but only via flashing, like 20170708 and 20170321?
Can I flash starting from any release to any release? No special upgrade path?
