I actually asked about this a couple months ago. I sent about 10 emails back and forth to the blackview team. They were so incompetent at handling the situation, I just gave up. They told me they would send it, and never did. Good luck, let me know if you find a method to actually get it.

Is there anyway to remove the SOS noise. This is quite annoying if you hit the wrong button. Same as the screenshot, it is a verrry loud noise and quite irritating.

I have the same issue with my BV6000. I found that it charges fine when it is connected to a powerbank using USB 3.0. Could this be an issue? I also want to fix this problem.
The phone goes crazy when you try and touch a button, it presses random ones not the intended one.
