sizzling sound when recording audio via camera not during call

Hi,
Since few days when using camera to make vidéos or using magnetophone the sound sizzling even in quiet environment but sound during phone call is perfectly clear.
Has anyone had the same issue?

Yes, I had the same issue. No pattern to it. Another glitch to add to the growing list on this phone!

Okay, I just sent one. Unfortunately, I will probably just replace the phone soon since it has had many more issues besides the camera.

Okay, I just sent one. Unfortunately, I will probably just replace the phone soon since it has had many more issues besides the camera.

They requested I send my phone back. Honestly, it will not be worth the $50 to send it in hopes that they will fix it for free & send it back. Not to mention that I would be without a phone. Was hoping for just a software fix. Oh well, just will abandon Blackview & get something new when the holiday sales start. Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 has been getting very good reviews.
