Hello from Greece... same issue here and is growing day by day!
From the official service of BLACKVIEW here they ve told me is the glue inside screen and it needs whole new screen!
I bought it last DECEMBER so its still on warranty ....waiting for a fast response from BLACKVIEW about this problem!

You should get in touch with the seller to get a new replacement part

Same problem with screen adhesive. Phone bought in November 2016.
Will there be any feedback when contacted service@blackview.hk ?

hy Blackview,


in first thank you for the screen recieved, but
i meet a problem to change the screen recieved , on your video on youtube you don't explain how to remove the pcb with the usb and the micropone is glue on the plastic , how can i change my screen if can't remove this PCB?

is it possible to recieved one +microphone?

I have touch screen problem on my BV6000 and i got it on 17.07.2017, im corresponding with service@blackview.hk for my problem so start sending e-mail as blackview admin say ,so they can help you
