1. to all of you who has this same issue, please go to contact the online shop where you bought your phone to get repaired, the online shops will get our support directly.
2. If you are ignored by the shop, please send us your detailed order information and the shop link, we will contact the shop seriously.

The seller, AE Smartphone Center(https://www.aliexpress.com/store/2025030) won't help, they wrote:

Hello everyone, if you are ignored by the online shop, please send the damaged screen picture and your consignee address to service@blackview.hk to get screen replacement, without the picture you will not get the replacement, please kindly note.

I have contacted Alston (service@blackview.hk) for this problem (with video link of problem attached) but no answer ...
I hope that Blackview will fix this other problem more quickly than loudspeaker problem (no solved for me yet ... since 5 months)

The problem "under the glass" (maybe delamination or similar physical problem) was growing up more and more, slowly;
Today touch screen become "crazy" and not responsive ... Now the phone dont work like broken...
Seller warranty is completly "out" and Blackview have never professional answer ...
Seems my only help friend is my screewdriver ...
Before BV6000 i had Samsung xCover2 ... I think that i'll go back to Samsung or other real professional manufacturer ...

Dear Blackview,

I come back on my screen problem, it’s difficult for me to send my phone to the seller, so i have postpone the sending, and would like to do it now because the screen problem is really big today.
But i add any problem, since 5 days , the middle of my screen has no sensibilité with my finger and it’s not possible to push many command, for exemple i can’t push switch off the phone , this area have no reaction,
Then i decided to send my phone, but yesterday, i take my phone to go in paddle on the mediterranean sea, i take any piture, everything is ok,
At home i check my phone , he is off, i puch the button, and curious restart… and he switch off again,
I said , no !! it’s impossible the waterproof cap have only 7month with one ‘open/close’ per day to charging the phone , so 210 charging and are well closed.
I open it .. many water inside, and the connecor is green !!
What’s happen ?
A waterproof phone ? picture under water ? , it’s possible only the first day !
you have to inform us about that, how many ‘open/close before to replace the waterproof cap ?? there is no information on your notice.
I buy an unbreakable phone, so i buy big heavy phone, big dimension and There is no advantage if i compare with a normal phone .
What can we do ?, could you help me ?

i use a BV6000 since the midlle of october 2016 , unstoppable phone !

Hello,
Indeed, we must tell us what its true waterproofing is or
if it is better to take a camera waterproof for water,
because I planned to take pictures and film my children
in the pool with the BV6000 during the Holiday, but if
it's not to work the next day, it would not be nice to
lie about its impermeability. The videos on youtube
show a lot of BV6000 in the water, but you do not
see the phone working the next day or two days later.
