To be honest I never had big problem with it, the battery was always available, I was happy with this mobile.
And after this one I bought a BV6000 who made me happy as well, and now a P6000 my third blackview.
I wanted to take the BV9000 PRO, but it seems to be very big...
The problem with very big is the place.
