Hi admin, I too have the sim cards getting disconnected problem. I tried to contact the seller, http://en.efox-shop.com/, order number 20150812779064, but I have no news from them. Could you please help me getting a new SIM card slot? I really like this phone and I don't want to throw it away but this problem it's really annoying especially because it happens quite often (multiple times during a day) and without any obvious reason. Thank you in advance.

Edit: problem has reoccurred in both phones and from the look of it the sim slots were not replaced at all just wiped over with paint thinner.

I have had the sim slots on both our phones replaced at the local Blackview service point and can confirm that this has solved our sim/sd card problem.
Thank you to the Blackview people for getting on top of this. I feel confident about recommending your phones to others.

you ask me what's the problem tray?!
it is precisely the subject of this post "Reading sim card problem"

my sim card disconnects when making a call
sd card disconnects when I listen to music
at the slightest movement cards disconnect

to replace the slot card, I contacted the seller (myefox.fr the french site of coolicool), it is impossible to make them understand the problem

my phone is unusable

please, send me yourself a new slot card that works, or I throw it in the trash, because it is impossible to return it in China

Hi, I'm margal.r, moderator of the Spanish forum MovilesDualSim. I'm doing a review of Blackview Omega Pro and my test unit has the default tray SIM cards. I would like to request a repair SIM tray to complete the review. If you will give me the faster you ask the store that sent the sample and can finish the review with a positive opnion of Blackview.

Hi.
I bought the phone on presale since August in the following Aliexpress store:

I Received the Phone at half December.


I sent three messages to the seller explaining all the problems ( lose my SIM card signal and my SD card conection ).
First answered me to make a video. He replied me that he did not see good, and i created another video most clearly.
Since last February 21 I have no answer...
