they said may only the microphone cover problem,
but they also do not know where have problem,should to open to check.

Corrected(moved) contacts here and here, and the microphone came to life. :D Plume stood crooked.

Dear sirs,
I bought a Blackview Arrow from Antelife 2 weeks ago. The microphone was not working (when i was using Bluetooth or headset was working ok.) I spoke with tech antelife and after all the checks (factory reset, etc) they told me to send it for mic change on a local shop. I did that (in fact the repair shop is blackview retail shop http://blackview.gr) who told me that they changed the mic. but still nothing happened. Now, I have no other solution but to send it back. Any other suggestion to avoid shipping costs and time?

If our retail shop can not solve the problem may the machine need to exchange.
or you can ask the retail shop to open a proof and let our engineer to know what is wrong,may we can give you and them suggestion.

Well the retail shop said that there may be problem on the board and since its not imported from them I have to send it back. So I will wait for the antelife's tech report whether they can fix it or replace it. I will let you know, thank you in advance for your time
